Analyse Feng Shui or Fung Shui is to determine how Qi (Chee) is influenced by time and direction. Feng Shui or Fung Shui is an ancient Chinese art and science examining the natural and man-made environment and has been practiced for thousands of years.

By improving the Feng Shui of the home or business, people hope to gain peace of mind, enhance love and romance, enjoy good health and energy, and promote the prosperity.

There are two main types of methods to analyse Feng Shui, the form and the compass. The form method is simpler while the compass method is more thorough and accurate.

Form practitioners examine a building or room, using the bagua, and arrange objects such as the desk, chairs, beds, and so on, accordingly to a pre-determined plan based on the entrance's location.

Compass practitioners determine the optimal location for specific rooms. The positioning of the rooms in one house may be different from that of an identical house in a different location.

The Analysis

A simple Feng Shui analysis involves stretching an octagon to fit into the basic rectangular shape of a home. The front door is where the 'career' section is. Then walking through the house, the practitioner looks for Feng Shui 'problem areas' and provides 'cures' or adjustments that change the energy in that area.

For example, when entering the front door, you notice that Qi (Chee) can rush right through the house and out the back door to the patio. This would result in lost opportunities, particularly career opportunities. To counteract this tendency, you might hang a large multi-faceted crystal from the ceiling of the entryway.

The crystal would disperse the energy, sending it down the hall and all around the home. This would also give career opportunities a chance to do a little dance with you before leaving.

It is important to realize that every inch of the house has a vibrational relationship to the everyday life endeavors you are involved in. All the bagua sections, marriage, wealth, and so on, can be activated with colors, art and furniture to improve the Feng Shui and make you feel well and energized.
